Aaron Clemons

Aaron founded Wyandotte Apartments — a multi-family real estate investment company specializing in the Kansas City Midtown market — in 2003. After realizing the need for quality third-party brokerage services in the multi-family sector, Aaron founded Clemons Real Estate.

Audrey Navarro

Audrey oversees our commercial agents and maintains an active role in acquisitions, redevelopment, strategic planning, and investment.

Todd Zauner

Todd has spent the last twenty years in senior roles as a real estate organizational leader.  Todd has overseen new construction, historic renovation, as well as leading operational teams in the management oversight of commercial, multi-family, and hotel operations nationwide.

Erik Winston

Erik joined the Clemons team with almost 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations. Erik has worked in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations as a pastor, Executive Director, and Director of Operations for a digital security and surveillance company. Erik is passionate about leading via relational equity and creating a strong, vibrant workplace culture.

Holly joined Clemons in 2020 as the Director of Brokerage. She brings a diverse background to our team, including expertise in brokerage, valuation, investment analysis, and advisory services.

Monica Enloe

Monica Enloe joined Clemons Real Estate after 15 years in fundraising and leadership roles at local, national and international nonprofit organizations raising millions of dollars for critical programming and research. She specializes in investment sales, multi-family and retail leasing.

Scott Chapin

Scott is part of the Clemons specializes in helping investors realize their investment goals. He works with both buyers and sellers across the Kansas City Market.

Pam Peterson

Pam Peterson started her career in commercial real estate in 1991 at Progress West in Lincoln, Nebraska focusing on property management and landlord representation. Moving to Kansas City, she started at CBRE in 1998 specializing in industrial real estate, eventually transferring to the retail sector.

Kerry Weems

Kerry was raised in a real estate family and understands that each transaction is a unique project requiring detailed
management and fiscal responsibility. Her strengths lie in strategic planning and collaboration to
achieve the goals of your business in the purchase, sale, lease or investment of property.

Kim Ansari

Kim brings 25 years of experience providing Strategic Planning, Site Acquisition, Brokerage, Development, Design/Construction, and Property/Asset Management Services for real estate owners/users. Kim has a passion to connect people, real estate, art, and sustainability to create unique places and experiences.

Nathan Roberts

Nathan joined Clemons Real Estate in 2020 and focuses on multi-family and investment sales. His approach is centered around building relationships, understanding the clients’ goals and investment criteria, and sharing his knowledge/expertise. Nathan’s focus on the financial model allows him to advise clients through assessing the value of investment opportunities. Attending real estate events, reading, and participating in real estate organizations has helped Nathan become a knowledgeable professional at Clemons.

Erin McGrane

Erin McGrane joined Clemons in 2020 and specializes in Commercial Lease & Sale assignments. Prior to Clemons, Erin worked for a local development firm, specializing in acquisitions and lease-up strategy for historic office and retail projects. She has successfully leased up and stabilized Class A developments in Midtown, Brookside East, and downtown markets.

David Belpedio

David is a numbers guy and proforma guru. He specializes in working with Investors as well as Property Owners to maximize their returns. David provides his clients a clear and simple picture of their investment potential and is well versed in Multi-Family and Commercial Asset Classes in the Kansas City Market.

Selena Corpuz

Selena joined Clemons Real Estate’s brokerage team in 2022 and leverages her extensive background in the Hospitality and Events industry. Selena is inspired by the power of connections and fuels her insatiable curiosity by being an avid learner and problem solver. With a strong network of relationships and awareness of the city’s growing economic development and growth strategies, she finds her strength in authentically connecting opportunities and people.

Jennekah Barnes

Jennekah works as an organizer and coordinator for the Clemons brokerage team. Her history is in secretarial work and graphic design. Her husband’s career brought her to Missouri where working with all of the different projects at Clemons has made her fall in love with Kansas City’s rich culture.

Simeon joined Clemons in 2021 coming from the supply chain management startup space. He made a career change in early 2021 and wanted to get his hands dirty in everything real estate investment. His focus is on improving Clemons’ portfolio performance, value, and procedures.

Christopher has more than 23 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, and construction management. Christopher has also taken on the role of trainer, certified in HVAC, Mold Remediation, Lead-Based Paint Awareness, and Pool Maintenance.

Kenese joined the Clemons team in 2019 as a property manager. Prior to joining Clemons, she acquired 15 years of management experience as an innkeeper in North Carolina and at National Park Resorts in Glacier Bay, Alaska and Glacier, Montana. In 2021, she transitioned into a reception role. She enjoys exploring local restaurants, festivals and events, live music, and traveling to new places.

Dominique Burns

Dominique joined Clemons in 2021 as part of our accounting team. Some of her core projects include strategizing to implement new policies and procedures in our accounting that will help streamline processes and improve efficiency that to with Clemons’s core values and strategic goals.

Holly brings to Clemons a strong background in sales and marketing. She has a variety of responsibilities as the marketing assistant, including curating content for social media and scheduling brokerage emails.
