What’s been your most exciting project recently?
The David Copperfield Apartments is currently the most exciting project I’m working on. I’m a huge fan of historic buildings and the David Copperfield remains largely untouched since its completion in the early 1920s. The apartment building boasts its 1920s charm with original woodwork throughout. The David Copperfield Apartments are adjacent to loads of exciting new real estate development on the west side of the Country Club Plaza and just west of the new Nordstrom. This investment opportunity is positioned for an exciting restoration in a rare and highly sought-after location and I look forward to seeing its restoration.
How do you utilize our core values in your role?
Two days are rarely alike in the life of a broker and each day presents new opportunities and challenges. I strive to remain flexible to keep deals moving forward and work diligently to meet critical dates. I tend to over-communicate and check in with clients and colleagues often to ensure we’re all on the same page. I do my best to remember life happens and we’re all human!
What have been some highlights during your time with Clemons?
It’s been a blast moving into our new offices after the challenges of COVID and the temporary offices across town. The team has enjoyed seeing one another in person and has enjoyed the amenities of our newly renovated office space. We’re still getting settled, but we’re already loving our new space!
