This newly renovated building on the Brookside 63rd Street corridor has not slowed down in leasing despite the 2020 pandemic. The building is just over 38,000 SF and the Office & Retail spaces range from 100-2500 square feet. Clemons started leasing the building at the end of 2020 and has successfully secured 20+ leases in the building. It is on track to be fully leased by Summer 2021.
